I came to the Full-time MBA at Smith School of Business because ...

of its uniqueness, especially with the team-based learning method and the coaching services. Working effectively as a team is an essential skill in today’s business, and with Smith’s team-based learning method, I can enhance my team contribution skills. As for the coaching services, the support from Smith coaches is genuinely helping me grow personally, and I am excited to work with them in achieving my professional and personal goals.

Looking back, I would advise myself to believe in my abilities; everyone’s unique background will boost the richness of the cohort. My advice for future applicants is not to be shy or afraid to reach out to alumni or current MBA students; we all want to help you on this beautiful journey. Moreover, recognize your passion and determination to grow and be genuine and authentic in your application. Enjoy the journey of discovering yourself through the application process.

Post-MBA, my goal is to leverage my accounting background, comprehensive business education, and skill sets from my MBA to transition into either management consulting or corporate finance.
