I chose the Smith MIB program because I believe it is increasingly important to understand the rapidly changing and interconnected business world we operate in. Having a global perspective is essential in almost any role, as businesses are constantly influenced by different markets, cultures, economies and ways of working. I was especially drawn to the MIB because it offers a more internationally focused and specialized approach to business education. For me, the opportunity to build cross-cultural awareness, adaptability and a deeper understanding of how business operates across borders made the program particularly valuable.
