I chose the MIB program because ...

I selected the Smith MIB program to expand on my BCom background, while deepening my knowledge of international business, strategy and impactful corporate practices. I was especially attracted to the program’s focus on teamwork and the chance to collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds, aiming to enhance my skills in cooperation, communication and contribution within multicultural groups. The Global Consulting Project also played a key role in my choice, offering a platform to apply classroom learning to real-world business issues and generate value for organizations and communities. Continuing at Smith was important because I was already familiar with its resources, community and experiential learning from my BCom experience. Through the internship pathway, I can blend academic learning with practical industry experience, further developing the skills needed to contribute positively in my future career.
