I chose the MIB program because ...

I chose the Smith MIB program because of its reputation, global ranking, alumni network, and the unique opportunities that it presents. The program's international component, to study at one of its prestigious partners, allows me to once again immerse myself in another country's culture and further develop my global network. From my own experience, I understand the benefits of studying and living abroad, as you learn things that cannot be taught in a classroom setting. The program will further my knowledge and understanding of international business, in part from Smith's highly qualified professors, but also from my fellow classmates. The team-based learning model and small class sizes create an environment where collaboration, leadership, communication, and adaptability are emphasized - all skills that are critical in today's global business environment. For these reasons, and many more, the Smith MIB program stood out as the ideal fit for both my professional and personal aspirations.
