I believe that having an global mindset is key in todays business world! Growing up in Panama and living in different countries such as Canada, USA and Mexico, I was able to realize that the world is full of people with different cultures, identities, and ways of thinking. the MIB program has helped me better understand how to be better prepared to enter into the workforce and what skills and knowledge I need to obtain. Lastly, the exchange component of the MIB program caught my attention as the opportunity to learn about a different country and study there at the same time would be a once in a life-time opportunity for me.
