to broaden my horizons and gain a better grasp of how business is conducted globally. As an individual, I love traveling and understanding different cultures, and with this program I can improve my cultural intelligence through working with the Cultural Intelligence Centre and Smith. One of my key motivators to apply for this program was to integrate myself into an environment where I could learn from a diverse set of individuals who come from unique backgrounds. Smith’s academic reputation, team-based consulting project, and the mandatory exchange, which brings a practical edge to the program’s academic structure were the significant differentiators for me.
