I love traveling, learning about new countries, people, cultures and languages. My main motivation is to pursue this passion further in my educational and professional journey. By enrolling in the MIB program at Smith, I want to broaden my horizons, deepen my understanding of international business, and gain insight into how businesses operate in the global landscape. I want to cultivate a global perspective by combining my European perspectives with North American insights. In addition, I value the opportunity to study in an environment that is both diverse and dynamic. I believe that this experience will be instrumental in preparing me for a career in multicultural management, enabling me to collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and adapt to various leadership styles.
