Working in CSR for an international company, I have realized how challenging it is to manage teams across cultures and borders. In CSR, we must work with most teams around the company: marketing, data, finance, legal, … and therefore, understand their jobs and local constraints. In this context, I was particularly looking forward to courses like Global Virtual Teams, Global Social Impact, and Managing Projects in an International Context. I was also very excited to join an international program on a different continent to meet people from around the world and broaden my perspectives!
