I chose the MIB program because ...

I love traveling, learning, and understanding other cultures and people's perspectives. I wanted to integrate myself into an environment where I could learn from a diverse set of people who possess a range of skills and come from unique backgrounds. In addition, I knew that Smith MIB would help me to achieve my personal mission, which is to develop a cross-functional global strategic lens to drive growth and business results through process improvements and solving complex globally vested issues.
