I was drawn to the accelerated curriculum and team-based learning approach. The team-based learning opportunity raised my self-awareness and helped me to develop my understanding of how a high-functioning team performs.

The GDB prepared me to synthesize a lot of information and work collaboratively with my teammates. The team-based model of the program is very similar to my current working environment. Everyone must work collaboratively to deliver client deliverables effectively and consistently.

I would advise prospective students to throw themselves entirely into the program. You will get out of the program as much as you put into it. You will be pushed to your limits, and you will grow more than you think you will in the four months of the program.
