Chu Q. Wang

Chu Q. Wang is committed to bringing the voices of marginalized communities to the highest decision-making tables in business and politics. He is currently a diversity, equity and inclusion researcher at Harvard University, where he advises the Provost's Office on inclusion and equity practices in higher education. Prior to Harvard, Chu worked at the United Nations – Executive Office of the Secretary-General (EOSG) where he led strategic projects to rescope senior management priorities and engineer decision-making structures. Chu has also worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Canada and the Middle East where he advised governments on developing inclusive socio-economic policies.

Chu has a Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen's University. He has been featured in various Canadian newspapers and his recent research on diversity and inclusion in the Canadian foreign service was awarded the Harvard Jane Mansbridge Research Award.
