Patrick Glinski

Patrick is a purpose driven entrepreneur and innovation leader with a passion for bringing meaningful design to those who need it most. With 15+ years building and leading large scale design and innovation teams, he's focused his career on identifying emerging social and business challenges and creating amazing teams to tackle them. With deep experience in innovation process design, design thinking, product and service design, and health innovation, his focus is on the collaboration between business strategy, social science and design disciplines and its opportunity to transform the quality of health experiences.

Today, Patrick serves as President of Normative Design, a renowned product innovation firm focused on the emerging field of centaur design - the extension of human capability with information technology. In parallel, he is founder and president of Mend Home Co., a product design firm focused on improving the function and aesthetics of the objects that will help us all age in place.

Earlier in his career, Patrick helped build, scale, and sell Idea Couture, an early global leader in the innovation consulting space. He has also served as an advisor to AI and CPG startups, and has held several strategy and user experience roles at leading digital agencies. He holds a BCom from Queen's university in Kingston, and is currently completing his MDes in Health Systems Design at OCAD University.
