Tracey Robertson

Tracey has 25 years of experience in strategic philanthropy, innovative design and community capacity building, at a local, provincial and national level. As the Program Manager for the Ontario Trillium Foundation, one of Canada’s largest grant-making organizations, Tracey supports the investment and management of $4.7M annually to over 400 arts and culture, social services, sports and recreation, and environmental organizations in the Waterloo, Wellington and Dufferin areas. In 2005, Tracey was the senior lead for one of Foundation’s major research projects that evaluated the impact of OTF’s investments in building organizational capacity. More recently, Tracey co-designed an innovative and proactive future fund initiative to strengthen youth social entrepreneurship across Ontario. She shares her knowledge and continues her love for learning, as a part-time instructor for Wilfred Laurier University. A recognized community builder, she thrives on collaboration, innovation and stimulating system-wide change.
