R Michael Craig

Michael is a Global Fellow with Acumen, a non-profit that raises charitable donations to invest in companies, leaders, and ideas that are changing the way the world tackles poverty. As a Global Fellow he is an advisor to Acumen’s agriculture portfolio company BASIX Krishi where he has spent the past year working in India as a member of the senior management team. Prior to Acumen Michael advised social entrepreneurs in the UK and India performing pro-bono consulting service for them while serving as a Turnaround Manager with KPMG in the UK. Michael started his career in audit at KPMG in Canada and later moved to their Restructuring team. He is a Chartered Accountant, holds an MBA from INSEAD, and is a Comm ’05.
