Nancy McGaw

Nancy McGaw is deputy director of the Business and Society Program at the Aspen Institute and creator/director of the Aspen Institute First Movers Fellowship Program, an innovation lab for exceptional business professionals who have demonstrated an ability to integrate profitability and social value. She also leads Business and Society research and outreach projects including: Beyond Grey Pinstripes, a global database and alternative ranking of MBA programs, and CasePlace.org, an online resource to help faculty integrate social, ethical and environmental issues into their teaching and research. Previously, she worked for 18 years in relationship and portfolio management in corporate banking at Continental Illinois and then Bank of America. Ms. McGaw has a B.A. from Michigan State University and an M.A. from the Nitze School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University. She has worked and lived overseas in Japan and England.
