Congratulations to our MBA 2012 Certificate in Socially Responsible Leadership Grads!

Posted on June 04, 2012

The third week of May brought hot weather and lots of excitement with the convocation of the QSB MBA classes of 2012.

The Centre was thrilled to confer 37 Certificates to future frontrunners in responsible leadership.

The Accelerated MBA class Certificates were handed out during their pre-convocation reception on the evening of May 24th at Goodes Hall in Kingston, ON. Certificate candidates undertook volunteer outreach projects with a variety of non-profit organizations including Habitat for Humanity, United Way and YWCA.

The Full Time MBA candidates received their Certificates during the afternoon of May 25th, also at Goodes Hall. Outreach projects undertaken by the full time MBA classes involved such organizations as the Kingston Community Foundation, H’Art School of Smiles and the Toronto Harbourfront Centre.

The two classes together provided nearly 850 hours in valuable outreach to non-profit and community organizations all across the country.

As the Centre launches the Certificate program to the new full time MBAs and works with the current AMBA class we look forward to getting to know the new faces of the Certificate program and witnessing the positive impact that they will undoubtedly have on their communities in the upcoming year and beyond.
