The Centre invites you to attend a Brown Bag Lunch entitled “Quality Control and Corporate Social Responsibility in Supply Chain Management: An Analytical Model and Case Study of the 2008 Adulterated Milk Incident in China”

Featuring:  Chialin Chen, Associate Professor of Operations Management & Technology, QSB 

Join the Centre and Chialin Chen as he shares his paper, a joint work with  Jun Zhang of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and Teresa Delaurentis of Rutgers University, which presents a mutually supporting analytical model and case study to investigate the managerial and policy issues related to quality control in supply chain management with a focus on the infamous 2008 adulterated milk incident in China.  A discussion will follow, let’s see where the conversation takes us!
