LGBTQ+ Professional Leadership Program

The LGBTQ+ Professional Leadership Program is the first program in our Diversity and Inclusion series that seeks to address the diversity gap in senior leadership roles. Over a multi-day immersive program you will shape your leadership style, draw upon insights from other professionals and build strong LGBTQ+ and ally networks to take you through your professional journey. You will gain knowledge in organizational behaviour approaches that will enable you to meet your potential and accelerate your career.
