Department of Political and Economic Science grows 1916

Professor O.D. Skelton convinces Queen's alum Dr. W.C. Clark to return to Kingston to join him in the Department of Political and Economic Science. "It was the unique chemistry of the Skelton-Clark team that led to the genesis of the Bachelor of Commerce degree at Queen's."
