Gillian is a Partner in the Growth Office of Deloitte Canada & Chile. She sits on the Growth Leadership Team, serves as Senior Advisor to the Growth Officer and supports the firm’s strategic growth initiatives. Prior to this role, she served as Executive Director in the Office of the Chair, advising the Chair and overseeing the firm’s governance operations and the Chair’s work with Deloitte’s global board.

Gillian is a senior, bilingual leader with extensive experience in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. She is recognized as an effective team builder and problem-solver with deep public policy and communications strategy expertise.

Previous roles include: Managing Partner, Toronto at NATIONAL Public Relations; Chief Marketing Officer at the Toronto Region Board of Trade; Executive Director and CEO of the Institute for Canadian Citizenship; Head of Communications at RBC Capital Markets; as well as roles at Aeroplan and Edelman Public Relations.

Gillian is active in her community and she has chaired, or served on the board of, numerous organizations dedicated to civic life in Canada. Currently, she is the Chair of the Ontario Cultural Attractions Fund.
